After all our hard work last week we planned a mock campout to celebrate. Yes we had to do "mock" because unfortunately I am really just way too big to be sleeping on the ground at this point. We headed out to a local park, made dutch oven Cheesy Chicken Italiano (seriously our fav) and a new recipe for lava cake...
chocolate cake + cocoa + brown sugar + marshmallows =yumm-o!
I think she downed at least 20 jumbo mallows.
And here's my hot hubby sport'n my extra hoodie bc he forgot his. "Fat guy in a little coat" :) Or perhaps it was just his newly aquired garden muscles bulging out... ya that must have been it.

now i'm totally singin' "fat guy in a little cooooat"! too funny... looks like you had a fun time. and you were smart to go home to your nice comfy bed at the end of the day!
i totally need to do this with ryan and skip the actual camping part because apparently he throws up every time he goes camping... hence we have never gone camping together... sad day!
