You win some you lose some

I prepared a several low calorie- Best Life -meals this week.
Go me!
I also started my very own running program.
Seriously go me!
Of course each of these was promptly followed by a milkshake, snickerdoodle, or bag of peanutbutter M&Ms.
um ya that was me.
You win some you lose some eh?

Haha! Ben and I just went running and then promptly went out to ice cream. Must be in the genes:)

I watch Biggest Loser sitting on my couch eating a bowl of ice cream (hangs head in shame).
