Whilst I was kick'n it at the beach, my hubby signed Kolby up for his first triathlon on Friday night and competed the next morning...pretty gusty I'd say:)

having never practiced, been on a swim team or even enrolled in swim lessons it was no big surprise to me that the poor kid froze:)

(yes that is my hubs talking to me on the phone and pushing our 2 girls and cheering kolbs on...its a family affair)
My nieces also competed and were amazing!!!
Its really gotta be in the Lawton genes:)
