Stiffneckedness

no this is not about my pride...that's a whole different post I'm sure.

This is actually about my stiff neck. literally. and the poor excuse i have as a pillow.

i swear I've bought a billion pillows but i can't stand any of them.

Any suggestions for a good one to rest my head on?

Finally exposed my children to The Sound of Music last week. I still can't get the songs out of my head:)

Seattle is seriously one of the coolest places in the world. I'm pretty sure I'd think that even if I wasn't from there but since I also get to call it home its all the more awesome!

If you've never been. Go! I will take you!

Here's a few of my favorite things about visiting Seattle:

1. Seeing Ona and Papa

2. Hearing someone play the guitar on every street corner

3. Fresh produce, flower, and fish markets

4. Eating dessert every day!

5. The fact that the outlet mall is nestled into what most people would consider a state park:)

6. Wildlife

7. Cool crisp air

8. being spoiled by my parents!

P.S. If you actually made it through all the pictures and still care...the flight home was also splendid. Other than a minor blowout which caused me to dispose of Naomi's jammies in the mini lavaoratory trash bin all was well. I'm so grateful for good kids!!!

Sleepless in Seattle

Hi, my name is Naomi.

I turned 5 months yesterday. Go me.

Although I've mastered sleeping through the night since i was 1 month, I've recently decided its far more fun to wake up every 1.5 to 2 hrs.

I think I'm quite funny really.

Mom loves all this extra one on one time we've been sharing together.

I can tell because she's always sighing.

I just know if she had to choose between sleep and me she'd always choose me.

Really how can you not when I'm as cute as this?

A Miracle...

Not that i wanna jinx myself for the flight home but seriously my kiddos were angels!

Naomi wimpered twice and took 2 naps, the kidss watched Karate Kid and ate snacks...i was almost dare-i-say bored:)

We're havn a grand time being spoiled!

Is it possible that i've been homesick for Seattle all this time and just now remembered?
