with a lil' bit 'o luck

This week is daniel's spring break so we decided to take the kids to the livestock/rodeo/carnival. We went last year and it was pouring rain so hard we had to walk through the flooded fairgrounds in water up to our knees and I was 7 month prego. This year, perhaps since it was St. Patrick's Day, we had a little bit more luck:) Bad luck....both kids missed their naps....olivia was a weee fussy:) Good luck ....no rain! and kolby absolutely loved all the animals, riding the carnival rides, and getting some good quality time with his dad. Thanks to Tom and Holly for the invite...I sense a spring break tradtion coming on:)

Hey Sabrina!
I found your blog through Amy's and I'm so happy to see you and your cute family! Kolby is getting so adorable and Olivia is already so cute and big! I'm glad that I found you and so I'll be keeping in touch and coming back often! I miss you and can't believe that you are all the way in Texas! Be sure to let me know if you are ever in the Salt Lake area - I'd love to see you again!

Definitely need to make a S.B. tradition. Ellie loved it! Although she isn't talking about it. I asked her if she remembered going to the Rodeo and riding the pony and she looked at me like I was crazy and then tried to ride on me. I don't think she has Kolby's memory.

SPring breaks are so nice and much needed. Eric's spring break is this week and he still has to be at school though :( Your kids are so cute! We want to go to dallas sometime. I guess it is only like a 9 hr drive. Have a good week and enjoy the spring air!

so I went to work in my bright green shirt resembling the one you are sporting in this picture, I was pretty much the only one at work that day wearing green....I was tempted to pinch all of them like I would have in grade school...then it hit me like a tons of bricks St. Paddy's day is so much more fun for kids...and your blog just solidifies my point... YOU GUYS HAD WAYYY MORE FUN!!!
